MPOWR Culture is searching for enthusiastic, committed volunteers who are driven to help sow seeds of influence and provide pathways to success for young athletes.  Our objective is to develop the complete athlete by targeting social-emotional dynamics, player development, and character building.

MPOWR Culture is a non-profit organization committed to providing valuable experiences to young athletes. There are many ways to get involved with MPOWR according to your interests and time available. However you choose to contribute, your time will be well spent creating opportunities for the next generation of young basketball enthusiast's.​

PLAYER DEVELOPMENT ASSISTANT

  • Work under master trainer, providing skill & player development for athletes

  • Observe training sessions & provide instruction to athletes

  • Assist in planning, organizing, developing, and evaluating recreation events and athletic programs​

REFEREES

  • Maintaining patience and remaining calm in stressful situations is essential

  • Being thorough and paying attention to detail is important for accurate officiating

  • Excellent verbal communication skills are crucial for conveying decisions and instructions

COMMUNICATIONS

  • Public Relations: Develops and implements communication strategies to manage an organization's public image

  • Content Creation & Management: Create engaging and informative content for various channels, including websites, social media, and internal communications

  • ​Marketing: Develops and implements marketing communication strategies
